Frequently asked questions
Is the training ICF-accredited?
Yes. ICF Level 1 (ACC pathway), Level 2 (PCC pathway) and Level 3 (MCC pathway) are ICF-accredited, offered by AlphaStars Academy of Excellence.
Will completing the program make me ACC, PCC or MCC?
Accredited education is one part of the ICF credentialing journey. ICF awards credentials after you also meet its coaching-hours, mentoring and assessment requirements. We guide you through each step.
Can coaching become a second career or an additional income stream?
Yes, for many of our participants. Senior leaders use it to plan their next chapter after corporate life, L&D professionals and trainers add coaching to their services, and HR leaders strengthen their profile. The training gives you globally recognised ICF-accredited coach education; how you build your practice then depends on your experience, network and ICF credentialing journey, and we guide you along the way.
Which program should I start with?
If you’re new to coaching, start with Level 1. If you already hold an ACC or accredited training hours, Level 2 is usually the next step. A Coach Educator will recommend the right starting point, including if another program suits you better.
Is the training available online?
Yes. Programs run as live, instructor-led online classes, with the same demonstrations, observed practice, feedback and mentoring as classroom batches. Classroom and hybrid options are also available.
Can I combine ICF coaching and NLP certification?
Yes. Many participants take both. ICF coaching and NLP are separate disciplines with separate certifications, and we integrate NLP methods thoughtfully into professional coaching practice.
What NLP certification do you offer?
NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner in the Richard Bandler lineage. Depending on the pathway, certificates may be signed by Dr. Bandler.
What support do I get after training?
Depending on your pathway: mentoring, recording review, credentialing guidance, reinforcement assignments and faculty support.
