Connecting to Beingness for Right Solution in Coaching

It is a well established fact, that in coaching, the client is the expert, the one with the answers. The job of the coach is to raise the client’s awareness to the solution that already lies with the client. When the coach becomes non-judgemental and learns to be in presence, he/she creates an environment, in which the client feels free to express and explore the solution within.

But often it has been observed that in a coaching session, the clients though giving the answers to come up with own solutions, it is often the answers that has been influenced by external circumstances… from past experiences/ from what they have been told/ from expectations of society/ etc.

So, while designing the InnerMost Shift Coaching model, much thought was given to the question, “What is required for the client to come out with the true solutions that only they know is right for them?”
