Self Coaching Session 1: Increase Self Awareness

In our InnerMost Shift Coaching Model, using BestLife NLP, Yoga-Somatic Science and principles of Quantum Jump, we have profoundly designed 10 powerful questions, in which we explore what the present states of your different areas of life are.

The test is about examining life areas form the perspective of greater success and satisfaction. Assess yourself how focused you’re on the life areas and factors that are important to you.

Simple purpose of this self-assessment is that you really begin focusing a bit more about what’s important to you and what do you specifically want.

Before you begin, download the pdf file for CS1: ‘Increasing Self Awareness’ here, and keep it open either on your laptop or take a print out of it, as you listen to the video below

NOTE FOR YOU:

As you go through this journey to “Achieve Outstanding Success” with the Self-paced video coaching sessions, we give you our word for the sincere efforts we put in each & every endeavor we take up, and this video series has come out after a lot of deliberation and reflection on our part. The video series has multiple hypnotic suggestions, to help you get into a state of setting the right goal.

Hence, we strongly suggest, for every session you take out 45 mins of dedicated q time, sit alone in a quiet place, as you keep a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of water handy. Take a print out of the pdf file, and listen to the video with headphones. Pause the video to answer the questions, think, ponder and reflect before noting down the answer in the appropriate place in the pdf file.

We are sure as you listen to the video podcasts carefully you will take time to reflect on every question and put in sincere attempts to answer every question you will surprise yourself with the level of success you achieve. Be sincere, make your neighbors jealous with your multi-fold shooting success.
