Self Coaching Session 2: Getting into Right Frame of Mind

Keeping the right frame of mind, no matter what distinguishes the ordinary from the extra-ordinary

Question is, no matter what the life circumstances bring to you, can you keep yourself going, when the going gets tough. Your attitude determines and make a difference that really makes a difference in your life.

People who aspire to achieve outstanding success in their life, have been found to have 5 fundamental attitudes in their life. In our coaching session we encourage our clients to have them all.

Remember, Frames of Mind are after all your personal rules, you apply to achieve the success that you desire and you can change your rules.

If you did not complete the previous session(s), due to lack of time, mark this mail so that you can re-visit it and complete the session at a later date.

In the midst of your everyday busy schedule, trust us, you don’t want to forget to complete this session. Make sure you mark a date & time in your calendar when you will complete this.

 

NOTE FOR YOU:

As you go through this journey to “Achieve Outstanding Success” with the Self-paced video coaching sessions, we give you our word for the sincere efforts we put in each & every endeavor we take up, and this video series has come out after a lot of deliberation and reflection on our part. The video series has multiple hypnotic suggestions, to help you get into a state of setting the right goal.

Hence, we strongly suggest, for every session you take out 45 mins of dedicated q time, sit alone in a quiet place, as you keep a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of water handy. Take a print out of the pdf file, and listen to the video with headphones. Pause the video to answer the questions, think, ponder and reflect before noting down the answer in the appropriate place in the pdf file.

We are sure as you listen to the video podcasts carefully you will take time to reflect on every question and put in sincere attempts to answer every question you will surprise yourself with the level of success you achieve.
